THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES OFFERED BY Computeropathy Specialists LLC.  Computeropathy Specialists LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

$110.00 P/H

10% COD Disc.

On-Site - Standard Technical Support

Computeropathy Specialists will provide warranty on parts that have been integrated by Computeropathy Specialists and fail during  the "Warranty" period, the prior statement is only valid if customer contacts and receives acknowledgment from Computeropathy Specialists in regards to part/product in question.  

Service call rates apply to resolve warranty issues.

 

 * Only valid if Computeropathy Specialists is able to determine good working condition either visually or by performing a functionality test within the specified warranty period.  If requested, a functionality test qualifies as a service call.

 

Computeropathy Specialists aims to provide high quality parts and professional services at affordable prices.  It is in Computeropathy Specialist's best interest to deploy reliable systems.  Returning customers, the result of our integrity.

 

No Charge Re-Calls

 

A Service Call may qualify as a Re-Call if the customer lets Computeropathy Specialists know about the issue within 7 business days, from the first initial service call, this issue needs to be directly related to the parts or labor in question to be considered a No Charge Re-Call; Otherwise the Service Call will remain billable. 

A Service Call may become a Re-Call if the technician is able to isolate a problem and determine the issue as being directly related to previously performed labor and/or product integration within the "Warranty on Parts & Labor" period. 

 

General

 

While Computeropathy Specialists LLC. is committed to provide affordable and reliable products and services and in reference to technology integrations and network upgrades or projects, it is ultimately the customer's decision to allow a process to begin.  Computeropathy Specialists may not be held responsible for hardware and/or software compatibility issues encountered during the integration or deployment period or project duration.  Computeropathy Specialists will not be able to identify all project-delaying or stopping factors, this is due to the complexity of, once again, hardware and software compatibility aspects.
